Full Body Massage (45mins/1hour)
A thoroughly relaxing and invigorating massage, which will boost circulation and immune systems to benefit blood pressure, circulation and muscle tone.  A Full Body Massage will include the chest, arms, hands, legs, feet, back, neck and shoulders.  The therapist can also include the head if the client requests this.  

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage (15mins/45mins/1hour)
A relaxing deep tissue massage working on aches and pains and tension areas caused by stress, bad posture etc.

Neck and Shoulder Massage (15mins)
A therapeutic massage relieving muscle tension and stiffness in the neck and shoulder.

Leg and Foot Massage (15/30mins)
A relaxing and reviving massage which will ease those aches and pains.

Stimulating Hip and Thigh Treatment (30mins)
This effective treatment boosts circulation and eases tired, aching legs whilst also working on areas prone to cellulite.

Indian Head Massage (30mins)
A relaxing and refreshing massage on the face and scalp which will also include massage on the shoulders, upper back and arms.  Great for sufferers of tension and headaches.

Mini Manicure (15mins)
Finger or Toe nails are shaped and a colour polish is applied OR a deep, relaxing hand and arm massage is carried out. 

Manicure (30mins)
Nails are shaped, cuticle work is carried out, nails are buffed and a colour polish is applied.  A hand massage is included.

Luxury Massage (45mins)
A conditioning hand treatment which will hydrate, exfoliate and moisturise hands.  Includes shaping, cuticle work, buffing, relaxing massage, hand mask and colour polish.

Mini Pedicure (30mins)
Toe nails are shaped, cuticle work is carried out, feet are soaked in a refreshing spa, hard skin is removed, a conditioning cream and a colour polish is applied.

Luxury Pedicure (45mins)
Toe nails are shaped, cuticle work is carried out, feet are soaked in a refreshing spa, feet are exfoliated, hard skin is removed, a relaxing and reviving foot and leg massage is carried out and a colour polish is applied.

Express Facial(30mins)
A relaxing treatment leaving your skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.  Includes cleanse, tone, exfoliation, face massage, face mask and moisturiser.

Luxury Facial (45mins)
This intensive facial will leave your skin feeling deeply cleansed and rejuvenated.  This full facial treatment involves cleanse, tone, in-depth exfoliation, face, neck, chest and shoulder massage, face mask and moisturiser.

Full Body Exfoliation inc. Dry Skin Body Brushing(30mins)
This treatment is ideal prior to holidays or a self-tan application.  Body brushing and exfoliation is the perfect treatment to restore dull skin to a silky-soft touch.  Also includes a cleanse and tone on the face.
